Noah J. and Mackenzie M.

Mackenzie M. and Noah J., two kindergartners in Mrs. Pouliot's kindergarten class, are self editing their writing and making corrections. Mackenzie wrote "skate" with a capital A, so she went back and marked it, then wrote a lower case "a" under it. She made this correction to her writing all by herself. Mrs. Pouliot said that Mackenzie and Noah were using "editing in waves" all on their own!

*editing in waves - an editing strategy where the entire paper is editing for one aspect at a time.
